8Amanda Santos submits Mehedi Rahman

Mahedi Rahman, a documentary photographer from Bangladesh, documents events and traditions still carried out in his home land despite the economic hardships. His photographs range in black and white to color, from street life to portraits. His images all tell a story, which is what I found fascinating as I looked through his online portfolio. His angles and choice of natural lighting give these images that pop of realness, happening in the moment and not staged. The images below were all captured during times of tradition in the city, his images have this en capturing effect about them. They draw you in whether the subject matter is looking directly at you, or the scene is so beautifully graphic in textures, and colors you can not look away from them. http://ehabm.deviantart.com/
