354 Photographers is two Belgium photographers Maxime Delvaux and Kevin Laloux. The photos below is titled Box but their work in general has cinematographic qualities. I read that these sets are built out of cardboard and the props and furniture placed in the sets are miniatures, which might be made out of cardboard as well but I’m not certain. When I first looked at the pictures they seemed to be simply staged, but after really observing the photos they are pretty complex. The cardboard walls have texture and there is a weird proportion of the people and objects. There is so much detail in every photo its awesome. These images have the ability to pull you into another world.
